MyXtate is a comprehensive community management solution designed specifically for apartment complexes, gated estates, and residential communities.

The primary objective of this application, along with its accompanying components such as the security gate module and facility office dashboard, is to facilitate effective communication between estate management and residents while providing transparent reporting accessible to all stakeholders.

Residents utilizing the MyXtate app can conveniently schedule gate passes for their guests, domestic staff, and service workers. The app also offers access to emergency electricity tokens in situations where notifications may arise outside of standard office hours, as well as a one-touch panic button that alerts security personnel efficiently.

In addition to these features, residents can explore a variety of reports through the app, encompassing estate financials, visitor traffic analysis, minutes from estate meetings, and an executive directory for estate management.

The application is equipped with dual notification functionality for all activities performed. For instance, gate passes are sent directly to incoming guests or workers via SMS and/or email. Upon their arrival and clearance at the gate, residents receive confirmations through the same methods. This notification system extends to other functions such as electricity token generation, departures of guests/workers, and activation of the panic button.
